Open Gym for Children and Teen Wellness in Western MA


Open Gym, ages 3-6



  • Children ages 18 months to 6 years are all welcome to experience our Preschool Open Gym program for just $10 per child

  • Summer sessions are available every Wednesday from 10-11am and 11am-12pm starting May 15th and ending August 21st.

  • Note: For children ages 18 months to 3 years, one parent must accompany the child into the gym.

  • For children ages 3 to 6, one parent may accompany their child into the gym

  • Supervised activities, from using the equipment to playing games, will be held in the gym

  • Pre-registration is preferred, but not required

  • Children under the age of 18 must have a parent sign a waiver before participating


Open Gym, ages 15+



  • Fridays, 7:00 to 9:00PM

  • $20.00 per athlete

  • Children under the age of 18 must have a parent sign a waiver before participating

  • This unstructured program is supervised by coaching staff


Open Gym, ages 5-18



  • Saturdays 2:00 to 4:00PM

  • $20.00 per athlete

  • Children under the age of 18 must have a parent sign a waiver before participating

  • This unstructured program is supervised by coaching staff

  • Practice skills learned in class (floor, obstacle course, trampoline) at your own pace

  • Practicing gymnastics skills on bars, beam and vault requires individual supervision by a coach
