There is no better fitness training than basic gymnastics fitness training. These classes will increase your flexibility, enhance your strength and balance, and give you a better awareness of body position. Our program will provide a fun challenge by introducing basic jumps, rolls, balances, hangs, and support positions on the floor mats and gymnastics apparatus. The classes will be individually paced so one can advance at their own level. No prior experience is required for our introductory course. Pre-registration is encouraged; space is limited. About the Instructor
Dr. Stephen Posner has coached and taught gymnastics for many years at Springfield College, Cortland State University, Syracuse University, and many different schools, camps and gymnastics clubs. He has worked with both adults and boys and girls at all levels. His programs have been effective in both creating National caliber gymnasts as well as developing beginners to increase their self-confidence and skill level.
